Jackie Fallon - Financial Controller |

Jackie Fallon is Eurotext’s Financial Controller. After 18 years in the software industry, she joined Eurotext Translations in 2003 where she has management and Board responsibilities for the company’s global financial strategy and day-to-day financial and accounting operations. Jackie is an ACCA graduate with over 20 years’ accounting experience and in her spare time enjoys snorkeling and scuba diving. |

Carmen Ruiz - Production Manager |

Carmen has a long history with Eurotext Translations having started her career as a staff translator with Eurotext in the 1990s. In the intervening years Carmen held language management roles in a number of localisation companies. Prior to joining Eurotext, Carmen held the position of Senior Language Coordinator in Lionbridge Ireland (formerly Bowne Global Solutions and Berlitz GlobalNET) where she gained invaluable experience implementing language processes, translation technology and language asset management solutions.

Alan Duffy - Business Development Manager |

Alan Duffy gained a Masters degree in French from University College Dublin and initially joined Eurotext Translations as a staff translator in 1999. Alan subsequently moved across to the Project Management team in the year 2000 where he spent a number of years combining project management with developing key client account relationships.

Michelle Bennett - Quality Manager |

Michelle, originally from the UK, holds a BA Honours degree in modern languages. She joined Eurotext as a translator in 1996 and subsequently spent a number of years running Eurotext’s into-English translation output and then managing translation quality across the company’s multilingual offering.

Sophie Murphy - Business Development Manager |

Sophie joined Eurotext Translations in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager, and went on to lead the Project Management team in 2006. In this role, which also involved the management of a number of customer accounts, she streamlined project management systems and enhanced, developed and implemented robust quality processes in preparation for Eurotext's ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038:2006 certifications in December 2008.
